Sales / Refund / Promotion Code Policy

Sales / Refund Policy:

● Returns can only be made with proof of purchase, tags and in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

● Refunds can be given up to 14 days of purchase, any time after a credit note or voucher will be issued.

● Items that Prima Dance does not stock but can be ordered in, must be paid in full & if not wanted for any reason then a credit note will be issued for the full amount, no refunds.

● All items on order must be paid in full eg. jewellery, uniform & shoes. ● No refund on sale items. Sale items can only be returned in original condition with tags and will be issued a store credit note.

● Mystery items non refundable or returnable.

● All Items put on hold must be collected within 5 days or they will be returned to stock. If you cannot make it down within 5 days please pay for the item in full.

● Credit notes or vouchers can be issued within 30 days of purchase.

● Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue.

● Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, they are non exchangeable for cash and change cannot be given.

● Tights, earrings and under garments are non returnable/ refundable.

● When ordering a bespoke costume 50% of the agreed price is required to process the order, once the fabric is ordered the deposit is non refundable.

● All garments are to be hand washed in cold water. Do not use any dermatological powder or soap. Do not iron. Do not use tumble dry. Wash dark colours separately.

● We are no longer able to accept cheques.

Promotion Code Policy:

● Only one code can be used per transaction.

● Codes cannot be used towards bespoke costume, dress or shirt orders.

● Codes cannot be used towards school bespoke uniforms.

● Sale items are excluded.

● Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
